Making an Appointment (Please call to schedule appointments)
FIRST VISIT
You will meet with the doctor for a consultation, health history, and preliminary exam. Most of the information leading to a diagnosis is gathered during a complete health history and exam. Finishing your first visit, the doctor will recommend the level and type of care needed. If appropriate, treatment can begin on this visit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You are responsible for keeping your appointment or giving us 24 notice of cancellation.
You will be charged in full for appointments missed or for appointments cancelled without 24-hour prior notification.
We understand emergencies do happen and will consider reasonable exceptions.
COST & PAYMENT
Our patients are responsible for payment at the time our services are rendered. We do require a credit card on file to hold an appointment. The costs can vary based on both the amount of time spent working with the doctor and the degree of technical expertise involved in the treatment during the office visit. You will always be informed beforehand, if extra services recommended during an office visit may increase the cost.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, check or cash.
Credit Card on file – If preferred, we can keep your Credit Card on file in order to offer a more efficient and smooth method of payment to allow you to leave the office at your leisure after treatment.
