Is Lack of Energy, Pain and Stress disrupting your life?
Relieve Stress ✦ Relieve Pain ✦ Regain Your Energy
Learn simple, hands-on Craniosacral techniques that are rarely taught outside professional training programs. This unique course offers an opportunity for both beginners and experienced students to learn gentle methods that can be used to support relaxation, ease tension, and enhance overall well-being for themselves and the people they care about.
In today's fast-paced world, physical strain, emotional stress, and information overload can leave us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from our natural state of balance. This training introduces practical techniques that help you tune in to the body's subtle rhythms and encourage deep states of relaxation and restoration.
A central focus of this course is learning to recognize and facilitate what practitioners often call the Still Point—a deeply restful state that many people experience as profoundly calming and rejuvenating. Participants frequently report feeling more relaxed, centered, clear-minded, and energized following a Still Point experience. Many also find that releasing accumulated tension allows them to move through life with greater ease and comfort.
Through guided instruction and supervised practice, you will learn how to:
-
Recognize the body's natural rhythmic motion.
-
Facilitate the Still Point in yourself and others.
-
Support deep relaxation and stress reduction.
-
Encourage a sense of balance, calm, and renewed vitality.
-
Apply gentle Craniosacral techniques that are seldom available to the general public.
-
Develop practical skills that can be shared with family, friends, and loved ones.
-
This course is ideal for parents, caregivers, wellness practitioners, bodyworkers, healthcare professionals, and anyone interested in learning effective, gentle techniques for supporting everyday wellness. No prior experience is necessary.
In this intensive two-day training, you will gain hands-on experience working with the body's natural rhythms and discover how simple touch and focused awareness can create opportunities for profound relaxation, increased energy, greater resilience, and enhanced well-being.
I have worked as a Light Touch Chiropractic Physician, studying with American and European Osteopaths and Chiropractors for the last 40 years. I have dedicated myself to the study, practice and effects of the Still Point ever since I first experienced its remarkable effects myself. And now, l am pleased to have the opportunity to share my knowledge with others in a form that will help keep wellness a part of our everyday lives.
